20 year old roof......
...1 day old roof! Gray Frost, note how the furnace and plumbing pipes have been painted to match the roof.
This home when originally built started out with a "tar and gravel" roof system..
Now with 25 year 3-tab shingles. Gray Frost is the color. Note the "Shingle Vent II" ridge ventilation system in the foreground. An ice and water shield product was installed on all eaves to prevent leaks because of the roofs low slope.
Note the green fireplace chase and pipe at the far edge of roof...
...now with a new roof and the fireplace chase and pipe removed framed and shingled over.We installed metal fascia and Sofitts,removed all gutters, downspouts and replaced them and put Leaf Guard on the gutters.

This house is 103 years old it was the first house to be built in this near south neighborhood.
Note the brick and mortar chimney that was falling down in the "before" picture to the left has been removed and replaced with a sheet metal stack and rain cap. We also removed and replaced all of the gutters and downspouts and installed a soffit ventilation system.
New deck about half way finished.
Deck fully completed using green pressure treated lumber. We installed a new roof here and removed and replaced all the gutters and downspouts and installed Leaf Guard on the gutters also.
Roof tore off and ready to be felted and shingled.
